Storage
Keep your items in a soft bag or container and away from hard or sharp objects to protect it from scratching. Our jewelry pieces are resilient, but try not to drop your piece.

Degeneration
For increased longevity, keep your jewelry clean and dry. Protect your piece from rain and humidity. Avoid wearing your jewelry in the shower or during exercise. Chemicals and alcohol can have a negative reaction on the pieces. For keeping the product in its best long-term condition, please avoid contact with cleaning products (including glass cleaner), perfumes, sunscreens, soaps, hairspray, and cosmetics. Saltwater and pool chemicals may cause damage to the jewelry. We also recommend storing your jewelry away from direct sunlight and high heat.

Cleaning
Jewelry can get a bit dirty overtime; accumulating fingerprints and smudges on its surface. If your piece isn’t sparkling, you can use a touch of water and a soft, non-fuzzing cloth to wipe it clean and polish its surface.

Harmony Carata pieces are made to order. Please allow up to a week before shipping. We offer free shipping in the USA on all orders over $250. We currently ship to the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. territories. We are working to offer international shipping soon!
