If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please email hello@harmonycarata.com and we will sort out any issues. Our return policy is 7 days from the date of purchase. After 7 days we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same, new condition that you received it.
If your jewelry is received defective or damaged simply ship it back and we will send you a replacement at no charge.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you'd like to return your item you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
